On November 25-26, 2021, the international conference "Inflammatory and Functional bowel Diseases", organized by the European Society for Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis (ECCO), was held in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev. ECCO President Laurent Peyrin-Biroulet spoke at the opening of the conference and introduced the participating countries. The staff of the Department of Therapy - Associate Professor Gulustan Babayeva and doctoral student of the same department Gunay Asadova represented ASATID named after A. Aliyev. Both of our employees made presentations in an online format. The reports of Gulustan Babayeva "Celiac disease and inflammatory bowel diseases" and Gunay Asadova "Spectrum of gastric diseases in patients with inflammatory bowel diseases" were listened with great interest by the organizers and participants of the conference. During the interactive discussion, detailed explanations on the topics were given.
