Employees of the department of otorhinolaryngology of ASATID named after A. Aliyev attended the 43rd Turkish National Ear, Throat, Nose, Head and Neck Surgery Congress, which was held in Antalya from November 16 to 20, 2022.
At the opening of the congress, Associate Professor of the Department, Secretary General of the Society of Otorhinolaryngologists of Central and Western Asia Ramil Hashimli, on behalf of the societies of otorhinolaryngologists of Turkic-speaking countries, welcomed the participants of the congress, invited the board of directors of the Turkish ENT Society and the chairman of the congress and training of otorhinolaryngologists of Turkic-speaking countries and expressed gratitude for their work in the field of education. Then he conveyed the gratitude of his Azerbaijani colleagues to the Turkish society of ENTs for their material and moral support in the 2nd Karabakh War. The congress lasted 5 days with a very broad scientific program. Professor Nazim Huseynov, Head of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the Institute, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Otorhinolaryngology, is the Chairman of the panel "Approach to malignant tumors of the paranasal sinuses - Approach to malignant tumors of the paranasal sinuses", and Associate Professor Ramil Hashimli is a speaker in the panel "Approach to benign lesions of the vocal cords" - Approach to benign tumors of the larynx”, by taking part, they shared their scientific and clinical experience with their colleagues.
