On November 11-12, 2022, an international online conference was held on the topic "2nd International Webinar on Primary Health and Medical Care". The conference included presentations on internal medicine, pediatric and neonatal health, diabetes mellitus and endocrinology, nutrition and obesity, dermatology, oncology, gynecology and obstetrics, infections, chronic diseases, surgical diseases, coronavirus and it’s impact on health. Sondos Al Sad from the USA, Michael Stevens, Helen Bertrand from Canada, Jessica Lee from Indonesia, Rosia Sediq from Malaysia, Ellen Kosminsky from Brazil, Sheyda Yilmaz Ozal from Turkey and others presented the results of interesting scientific papers. Representing our country, Ismayilova Sevil, chief laboratory assistant at the Department of Therapy of Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev, spoke at the conference with the topic “Indicators of a 90-minute oral glucose tolerance test in detecting prediabetes”. During the speech dedicated to the study "Analysis and optimization of diagnostic criteria for prediabetes", conducted under the supervision of the head of the department of therapy, t.d.o.m.s. Valeh Mirzazadeh, the results of the study were announced. Presented is one of the results of a study that calculated a pre-diabetic number for glycemic levels 90 minutes after a 75-gram glucose load, as well as data from it’s qualitative analysis and use to detect pre-diabetes. Questions were answered at the end of the report.
