For the 2021/2022 academic year, those who have entered the Azerbaijan State Medical University, Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev, as well as the residency of the Baku branch of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University must conclude a civil law contract and register with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Persons admitted to the residency should submit the user name of “personal cabinet” created within the e-service of the State Examination Center from 12.10.2021 to 15.10.2021, the working number of the candidate's e-application and the original and copy of the listed documents on the date and at the address specified in personal date:
- Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan-ID cards, foreigners-passports and (or) permission cards, stateless persons-documents or permission cards issued to them to go beyond the borders of their country of residence, stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan-ID cards, persons who have obtained refugee status and their family members-refugee cards, road document issued to them, other documents or permission;
- certificate of basic higher medical education: graduates of the current year-certificate issued by the educational institution, graduates of previous years-Diploma;
- persons who have received higher education in foreign countries - documents confirming recognition of the qualification granted by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and determination of equivalence;
- the “certificate on admission to medical and pharmaceutical activities” issued by the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan Republic to the citizens of Azerbaijan who have received higher specialized education in foreign countries and passed specialization after diploma.
