The Azerbaijan State Advanced Institute for Doctors named after A. Aliyev schedules and implements measures to maintain international relations in the context of a pandemic. On March 27, 2021, associate professor of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the Institute Ramil Gashimli gave an online lecture by the invitation of the Samarkand State Medical Institute, holding an international webinar "Introduction to Phoniatrics". The lecture was attended by 100 otorhinolaryngologists from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation. The lecture accepted with interest by the participants and they asked various questions and active discussion took place. At the end of the webinar, the chief phoniatrist of Uzbekistan G. Khaydarova, head of the department of otorhinolaryngology of the Samara Medical University, professor T. Vladimorova, representative of the Samarkand State Medical Institute M. Nasratdinova expressed their gratitude to our colleague for a broad and comprehensive report.
